Switched from Taco bearings (which are quite good too) to Skiff‘s thick washers. They gave the opening/closing of my ZT0562 a different feel but after a few days of use I can say that i do like them very much, maybe prefer them too.
It's been hit or miss on these washers for me, but for the ZT 0562 these are outstanding. The action feels identical to my Hinderer Eklipse with PB washers installed. Very smooth while still allowing drop shut action without any blade play.
Threw these bad boys in a zt0562 and wow! I love it! I normally don't have a preference over bearings or washers, but figured I would try the swap as most of my knives run on washers. The knife is buttery smooth with these washers, and somehow makes it feel even sturdier.
Man these are some thick boys. These washers made my zt 0562 hydraulic smooth. The ball bearings washers that came with the knife just felt to clanky mechanical feeling but these boys man there good.
