Cage bearings that allow more balls to be placed around the knife pivot than standard cage bearings. Which provides more support for the blade and decreasing stress on each ball. The ceramic balls are captured in the disc but are still free floating to prevent binding.

Includes Grade 5 ceramic bearings pre-installed.

Just what I needed

After a good bit of research, these are the only bearings I could find to “fit” the Benchmade 87. The o.d. is slightly smaller than stock, but these work wonderfully and are LEAGUES better than stock. Skiff FTW

Do not work in EMP EDC Nymble

I can confirm these do not work in the Nymble. Still giving 5 stars though because, duh, Skiff bearings are incredible!

Just because I don't currently own a knife that will take these doesn't mean I never will! So I'll hold onto them for if & when that day comes.

Just thought some folks would like to know the Nymble is at least one knife that's incompatible with these particular Skiffs. 😃

The fact that these are possible to make is an engineering marvel!

Steve has done it again. These bearings are so incredibly small and thin that they will fit where no bearing has fit before. I'm looking forward to incorporating them into future thin designs. Thanks Steve!
