Cage bearings that allow more balls to be placed around the knife pivot than standard cage bearings. Which provides more support for the blade and decreasing stress on each ball. The ceramic balls are captured in the disc but are still free floating to prevent binding.
Includes Grade 5 ceramic bearings pre-installed.

Smooth!
I recently received my Skiff 6mm 19 ball bearings I ordered and replaced the stock 6mm 10 ball bearing set in my EDC Demko Shark Foot Cub. The difference was noticable immediately. Being an all around skeptical person I really wasn't expecting much but I must say I was excitingly surprised. The Skiff bearings turned my already nice knife into a really nice knife. Much smoother and faster opening and closing the blade. I'm very impressed to say the least. It's amazing that something so small can make such a huge difference. I am now a Skiff bearings fan.
