Cage bearings that allow more balls to be placed around the knife pivot than standard cage bearings. Which provides more support for the blade and decreasing stress on each ball. The ceramic balls are captured in the disc but are still free floating to prevent binding.
Includes Grade 5 ceramic bearings pre-installed.

The bearings purchased were installed in a premium knife with high quality bearings. The Skiff bearings provided a noticeable performance improvement over the standard bearings. Highly recommended knife upgrade.

I always really like the ZT 562, but I was disappointed with its operation. When opening the fins, I always had to wave my hand to open the knife. Now I just need to flick the fin. I am thrilled. I also like how the bearings look, like a little jewel. I plan to gradually change the bearings in all my knives.
