Cage bearings that allow more balls to be placed around the knife pivot than standard cage bearings. Which provides more support for the blade and decreasing stress on each ball. The ceramic balls are captured in the disc but are still free floating to prevent binding.
Includes Grade 5 ceramic bearings pre-installed.

If you haven’t tried these skiff bearings, or the thick washers, you must be a lunatic! The bearing knives that I’ve switched to skiff thick washers are just as smooth as they were on bearings, even drop shut if you like. The skiff bearings will beat any other bearings made, period. American craftsmanship at its finest!
As with every knife I’ve put skiff bearings on, it was a noticeable improvement in action and smoothness. Even with higher end knives with decent bearings, skiff bearings seem to be an improvement.
I love skiff bearings and plan to replace all of my bearings with them. Couldn't be happier with my purches!
