Cage bearings that allow more balls to be placed around the knife pivot than standard cage bearings. Which provides more support for the blade and decreasing stress on each ball. The ceramic balls are captured in the disc but are still free floating to prevent binding.
Includes Grade 5 ceramic bearings pre-installed.

Arrived as advertised
I recently bought a Chaves Liberation second hand and wasn't thrilled with the action. I hoped that new bearings would help. I contacted Skiff workshop, as I have never replaced bearings before. They replied to my question immediately. I ordered them. And ... Wow!!! What a difference. Areal difference in the action.
