Gave me exactly the feel I was hoping for. I recommend polishing the side that will be against the blade before installation, and give everything a chance to break in. It'll be a snug fit. A single session of mindlessly rolling and flicking is all I needed to get the break in started and it's only gotten better.
They are way too thick. They need to be thinner.
