Cage bearings that allow more balls to be placed around the knife pivot than standard cage bearings. Which provides more support for the blade and decreasing stress on each ball. The ceramic balls are captured in the disc but are still free floating to prevent binding.
Includes Grade 5 ceramic bearings pre-installed.

Picked these up to see if they would change the action in my Militaw, because I had such a great experience with the first pair of Skiff cage bearings I bought. The Militaw already has some of the best action I’ve ever felt, so I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, it actually improved it to be more in line with my tastes. My Militaw was a straight guillotine before l, and would drop hard on my thumb before I had a chance to get out of the way. Got a couple decent cuts on the knuckle of my right thumb. The Skiffs slowed it down juuuusssttt enough to avoid this, while also giving it that glassy-smooth feeling. Yet again, I am extremely impressed….to the point I just ordered 3 more sets for my other knives that are still running factory bearings lol. Thank you for the amazing product!
